Q: What services do you offer?

A: I offer a full range of services, such as transaction classification, account reconciliation, financial reporting, accounts receivable/accounts payable 1099 preparation more.


Q: What are your fees?
A:
Your price is based on the size and complexity of your business.  I focus on outcomes, not hours and charge a minimum fixed monthly fee starting at $350.00.  This transparent pricing means you’ll always know your exact cost upfront. 


Q: What are your qualifications?
A:
I’m a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with specific certifications in QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Advanced.  I also hold an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University enabling me to provide deeper financial analysis for your business.


Q: What accounting systems do you support?
A:
I specialize exclusively in QuickBooks Online which allows me to offer you a 100% virtual platform.  Being cloud-based, QuickBooks Online allows you to access your financials on the go, offers enhanced security, and helps you save money.


Q: How do you ensure my financial data is secure?

A:  Security is a big concern. QuickBooks Online has strong security measures in place to keep your financial information safe and accessible only to those with the right permissions.


Q: When and how do I send my documents?
A:
Ideally, you’ll grant me “Read Only” access to your accounts, that way, I have direct access to your accounts.  If that’s not possible, you can securely upload your statements to my portal at the start of each month.


Q: What if my books are behind or need cleaning up?
A:
No problem. I can clean up inaccurate transactions and bring your financial books up to date, so you’re back on track in no time.


Q: How often will we meet or communicate?

A: Communication is tailored to your needs. We can schedule monthly or quarterly meetings to review financial reports and discuss any updates. If your business requires more frequent check-ins, I’m flexible and can adjust accordingly. I’m also available via phone and email and will respond promptly to any questions or concerns you may have.


Q: What happens if there’s a mistake in my books?

A: If there’s ever an error in your books of my doing, I take full responsibility for identifying and correcting it as quickly as possible. I maintain a detailed audit trail, which allows me to track down any discrepancies and fix them efficiently.  My goal is to ensure everything is accurate, so your books are always in order, and I’m happy to explain the correction process if needed.


Q: Do you offer tax preparation services?

A: While I don’t directly offer tax preparation services, I work closely with CPAs and tax professionals to ensure your books are organized and tax-ready. I provide them with accurate reports and any documentation they need, making the tax filing process smoother for you. If you don’t already have a tax preparer, I can recommend one.
