  • What are your fees?

    Every business is a little different, so your bookkeeping support is built around your reality, not a one size fits all package.


    Monthly bookkeeping starts at $350 per month and  depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, and overall complexity.


    Clean up and catch up work is available only when paired with ongoing monthly bookkeeping.


    We bill on a flat monthly fee, not hourly. Your fee is based on the size and complexity of your file, the outcomes you need, and the timeline required. That means you know the cost up front, with no surprise invoices or fluctuating bills.


  • How do I know if my business is "Professional Services"?

  • What types of businesses entities do you support?

    We primarily work with service-based businesses that operate as LLCs, S Corporations, and sole proprietorships. Our expertise lies in simplifying your bookkeeping processes so you can focus on what you do best.
  • Do you work in an accounting software other than QuickBooks Online?

    At this time, we work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. This keeps our process consistent, secure, and efficient so we can deliver clean books and reliable reporting without reinventing the wheel for every client.

  • Do you only work virtually, or do you come on site?

    We are 100 percent virtual. Everything is handled securely online, which keeps the process simple and efficient while giving you the same high touch support without the disruption of on site visits.

  • What if I am not yet at $200K in annual revenue?


    Generally our clients fall in the $200K to $2M annual revenue range, but we also work with growing businesses earlier in their journey as well as more established, higher-revenue companies. Fit is based on complexity, expectations, and alignment not just revenue.

  • Is there a contract commitment?

    Yes. We require a 6 month commitment so we can fully stabilize your books, create a consistent monthly close, and deliver the level of clarity and reliability you are hiring us for.

  • Does your firm offer tax preparation?

    No, we do not offer tax preparation. We focus on clean, consistent bookkeeping and delivering CPA ready financials so your tax professional can file accurately and on time. 


    If you need a tax preparer, we have established relationships with trusted professionals and can provide referrals.

  • Can I switch to your services?
